1. General

1.1. This policy explains what data the Vega service (the website vegaapp.co, the Telegram bot @vegavpnturbo_bot and the Vega apps) collects, why, and how we store it. The data controller is LUMEN24 LLC.

1.2. By using the Service you agree to this policy. The terms of use are in the Terms of Service.

2. Data we receive

When you register in the bot: your Telegram ID, username and name in Telegram, phone number (you send it with Telegram’s “Share phone number” button) and email address.
When you register and pay on the website: email address and, if you provide it, phone number.
About payments: plan, amount, method, date and status. Card details are entered on the payment partner’s page — we neither receive nor store them.
About access: access period and the number of connected devices, to enforce the 5-device limit.
App problem reports: app and system version, network type (Wi‑Fi or mobile) and carrier name, a random installation number, lines from the connection log. Reports help us find and fix problems; you can turn them off in the app on the “Diagnostics” screen.

3. What we do not collect

We do not record which websites and apps you open and keep no browsing history.
We do not inspect or analyse the content of your traffic.
We do not ask for passport data, photos or documents.
We show no ads and use no third-party advertising trackers.

4. Why we need this data

to provide access to the Service and sign-in to the app (sign-in codes are sent to the bot and by email);
to take payments and extend access;
to answer support requests;
to send service messages: about payments, the end of your access period, important updates;
to prevent abuse, such as repeated free trials;
to find problems and improve the Service.

5. Who we share data with

5.1. We do not sell data or share it with third parties, except where the Service cannot work without it:

payment partners — the information needed to process a payment;
an email delivery service — your email address, to deliver a sign-in code or payment email;
Telegram — chats with the bot go through Telegram under its rules.

5.2. We may disclose data where applicable law requires it, or with your consent.

6. Storage and protection

6.1. Data is stored on our servers while you have an account and no longer than needed for the purposes in section 4 and legal requirements.

6.2. We take reasonable security measures: only Service administrators have access to the data, and connections to the website and bot are encrypted. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

7. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your account deleted together with the data. Contact support from the Telegram account or email listed in your account. After deletion, access to the Service ends.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 14. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

9. Changes to this policy

The new version is published on this page with its date. By continuing to use the Service after a change you agree to the new version.
